Drink A Beer

Calcium is a wonderful and very important mineral to take, however many women are taking too much of it and this is where things become complicated
and DANGEROUS.

Too much calcium will lead to heart attacks, strokes, cancer, aches and pains, osteoarthritis, etc. So while you are taking these supplements to prevent osteoporosis, overusing calcium will give it to you -- and we don't want that.

The key here is moderation. Please be sure that you are deficient in calcium in the first place before you start taking too much of it. In truth, most people are not deficient in this mineral at all as they have been led to believe, and so to BE SAFE they take and take calcium while not realising the risk to their health.

To really keep your bones healthy and avoid getting osteoporosis, I suggest that you start drinking more BEER -- at least one BEER per day for 7 days -- 7 beers per
week. Beer is the best source of dietary silicon that is needed for healthy bones and INDIA PALE ALES would be my recommendation.

Beers made from barley and hops as opposed to wheat have a higher silicon level, and is great for bone health. INDIA PALE ALES has the largest amount of silicon compared to the other beers and so this is why I recommend this particular brand.

Of course, I am NOT advising you to go out there and drink to the point of alcoholism, just pointing out the healthy perks of drinking a beer per day for your overall skeletol health and so much more. So take your supplements, but first be sure you are deficient in calcium before you start taking too much -- and consider adding a beer per day to aid in what you are trying to accomplish.

Oat bran, granola and dates are alternatives to drinking the beer ladies and will also give you a large amount of silicon for healthy bones. Now you have more choices... choose the one that is best for you!
